Phoenix Research specialises in new technologies, service industries, B2B, and consumer brand and communications research, as well as a range of social and public sector research. We do both qualitative and quantitative research and strategic consultancy.

Phoenix is independently owned, which means that we have a lot more flexibility than an internationally owned company. Most of our work is ad-hoc, designed to fit specific client needs, which means researchers are challenged to work out the best way of meeting the objectives of each project, rather than follow a standard procedure.

We're flexible enough to build jobs round people, rather than squeezing people into jobs, whether that's family commitments outside work, particular skills, styles of working or research interests. What unites us is a commitment to high standards and a passion for research!
