Quality research starts with quality data. Phoenix Research offers
IQS (Interviewer Quality Standards) certification, which in combination
with our additional quality control checks (beyond industry requirements)
and feedback systems, is your reassurance that your data is top
quality.
We offer a CATI (Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing) call
centre at our Mt Eden offices. We are the only research call centre
in New Zealand that since inception has undertaken full voice recording
of all calls, with a minimum of 10% quality assurance playback audits
on our interviews, plus live monitoring.
Our CATI teams offer supervisors with over 10 years of experience
at Phoenix Research and interviewing ability in other languages
such as Maori, Samoan, Tongan.
